Pre-Arrival Planning 

From acknowledging the appointment to preparing the vessel’s safe arrival, our dedicated agents coordinate with local authorities, shippers and assist Master with all the required documentation. 

In-Port Services 

With in-depth local expertise and excellent relationships with port stakeholders, we perform all in-port services needed including vessel boarding, monitoring of vessel operations and coordination of booked services.

Post Departure  

Soon after safe vessel departure, our team ensures all parties receive electronic copies of documents. Our Accounts Team is known for their record turnaround of Final Disbursement Accounts.

Logistics

Documentation

All documents can be designed to meet individual requirements. This includes traditional documents such as NOR, SOF, LOA, Manifests, Stow Plans, Mate’s Receipts, Bills of Lading, Lay Time Statements and more. 

It can also encompass other documents such as Certificate of Origin, Freight Invoicing, Shippers Cargo Declarations, Certificate of Weight, and Quality Certificates.
